These Terms of Service are entered into between you and Taiber Incorporated LLC ("Taiber Incorporated LLC," "we," "us," or "our"), the company that operates the SafeMix mobile application and website. By downloading or using the SafeMix app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SafeMix, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Description of Service
SafeMix is a medication adherence and drug interaction checking application. The app allows users to log prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, supplements, and peptides; set medication reminders; review drug interaction and side effect information; track birth control schedules; monitor menstrual cycles; and invite caregivers by email or text message.
Caregiver invitations and SMS
SafeMixaccount holders may invite a caregiver by email or by SMS (Text) from within the mobile app. When Text is selected, the account holder enters the caregiver's mobile number and taps Send Invite. SafeMix then sends one transactional SMS containing a secure link so the recipient can open the app and review or accept the invitation.
These SMS messages are transactional only and are not marketing or promotional advertisements. Message frequency varies and is typically one message per caregiver invitation. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of further SMS messages from that number, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing SafeMix subscriptions. Additional details are in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability for missed medications
SafeMix is not responsible for missed doses, forgotten medications, or any health consequences arising from failure to take medications as prescribed. Reminders are provided as a convenience and may be affected by device settings, disabled notifications, or technical issues. Users are solely responsible for taking their medications as directed by their healthcare provider.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchases (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device account settings.
Accuracy of information
While we strive to keep drug interaction and side effect data current and accurate, SafeMix does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information in the app. Always verify interactions and side effects with your pharmacist or physician.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for entering accurate medication information into the app, maintaining the security of your account credentials, and not sharing your account with others. When inviting a caregiver by text, you are responsible for entering a correct phone number and for only inviting people you intend to invite. You agree not to use SafeMix for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, and technology within SafeMix are the intellectual property of SafeMix and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without express written permission.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
