Frequently asked questions

How do I add or edit a medication?

Open the Medications tab in the app, add your medication details, then tap a medication card to edit dosage, schedule, and refill information.

Why am I not receiving reminders?

Check notification permissions, Focus / Do Not Disturb settings, and battery optimization on your device. Also verify your reminder times in Settings.

How do I restore my subscription?

Go to Subscription in the app and tap Restore Purchases. If the issue continues, contact support with your platform and account email.

How does caregiver sharing work?

Invite a caregiver from the Care section. Once accepted, they can view adherence updates based on the permissions you grant.
